May Preorders: Orders will be processed in late-May. We appreciate your understanding and will ensure that all orders are fulfilled with the same high-quality service.

Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 to 2 business days after the processing period
• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 4 business days after the processing period.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, ranging from 10 to 21 business days. Please note that international shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Notifications:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
